At Rolltex Shutters, we make use of customer feedback to improve our products and streamline our form of service. In fact, we recently conducted a survey to gauge the satisfaction of our past clients. Our findings were excellent! An overwhelming majority of survey participants gave our company a 5-star ranking. On top of that, many of these customers praised our efficient technicians and quality hurricane shutters.

Not only did our clients feel that they received excellent bang for their buck, but they were pleased with the high level of customer service offered by our entire team.

In a separate survey developed by Rolltex, roughly 95% of the involved participants gave our local company a perfect score! These individuals provided kind comments regarding our reliable technicians and affordable installation packages. Rolltex Shutters did an excellent job recommending products that would best suit our needs as well as installing the shades we selected. Memorial Heights Villages is a new apartment community located minutes from Downtown, and we had shades installed in our Gym, Cyber Cafe and Leasing Office. It has been a little over 2 months since Rolltex has installed my rolling window shutters. I am so happy, and they look awesome. I originally had the shutters installed to help lower my electric bills, and I could tell immediately there was a change in the temp in the house, but a couple of weeks ago, there was a really bad storm with nearby tornado damage. I lowered all my shades and the secure feeling was wonderful. I am very happy and highly recommend Rolltex. The professionalism of the entire crew was impressive. I say 5 stars!

They did a first class job. Everything they said that was going to happen happened. They came out with a three-man crew. They were incredibly efficient. When I looked at the work from my perspective, I thought “Wow, there’s no way this would be a couple of days job.” They came out and said that they were going to be done by noon or slightly after lunch. They showed up at 9 and I said that they can’t finish that. But they are so efficient and so organized. When they go to work, they just have this bond that I would not believe. The next thing I know, the shutters are up which was unbelievable. They all worked and I’ve never had them back. They looked good. They did a really good job. It was not shocking and their work is very professional. I would recommend these folks to anybody anytime. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Our hurricane window shutters and rolling door shutter were installed yesterday, and man do I feel at ease today. Such a relief to know our family and home are protected and secure to the max! The shutters look great too – high quality materials, easy to install (super-duper easy), and very nice to look at. Even my wife liked the aesthetics, and that’s saying a lot!

I shopped around for quite a while before giving Rolltex Shutters our business. So glad I did. Not only are they pros at what they do (from customer service to the installers), they are family owned. This company has great customer service. Along with a great product at a reasonable price. These days there are so many bad contractors you really have to be careful. They did a great install and were very professional . Anna even sent me out a touch up pen just incase I might need it in the future. I have had my shutters put in for about 3 months. I am so pleased. Dealing with these people is like a dream. No pressure they just want to please you. The same with the people that install. So well mannered and nice.

I use my for security when i am home alone and boy do i get a good night’s sleep with all the break ends that are going on. I had one installed at front and back door. It gives me the security i want at night.

They were very good. They were attentive, the price was good and it was installed on time. They came when they said they were going to come and did the job extremely well. It was a simple job and they were very attentive when they were doing the job because they had to be careful with the plants around the windows. They were very good and I will have them back again to do more work, in fact the name signifies it all. They have actually given me a quote for the roller blinds and we are just saving up for that.

The guy who performed our measurements, Felix, was thorough and precise, taking careful note of any modifications he might need to do to make everything fit well. He designed a way we could keep our porch ceiling fan, and included the move as part of the quote. The installation went smoothly; the work area was cleaned up. The guys worked hard; we live in a three story townhome; they did a lot of stairclimbing and stayed cheerful the whole time. Several of our townhomes have your shutters, some for over 10 years, and they are still satisfied!

The City found the performance of Rolltex Shutters to be exceptional. Rolltex personnel established a schedule early in the project prior to fabrication, worked with the client departments to coordinate colors, and training of onsite personnel. They then held to that schedule throughout the work. Notification of each site visit was posted prior to the scheduled date, Rolltex then verified that the date was still good for that facility, and arrived as planned. Rolltex caused no service disruptions, completed the work, and cleaned up behind themselves at very busy fire and police facilities. Inspection of the work revealed that personnel onsite were very pleased with the performance of the installation technicians and that the facilities had received training in how to operate the shutters. Our punch list inspections revealed 3 minor items at a total of 13 facilities as both the Client Departments and the Project Manager found the work to be outstanding.
